Sting to perform with Granada symphonic orchestra

confirmed that a new date has been added to Sting’s ‘Symphonicity’ World Tour, where the British singer performs his greatest hits and Police songs in orchestra arrangement.

He’ll be performing with the Granada symphonic orchestra, the Orquesta Ciudad de Granada, in the city’s bullring on Friday 15 July.

The news was released on Tuesday by ‘El Milenio Reino de Granada’, a consortium with representatives from all levels of state administration for the commemoration in 2013 of one thousand years since Granada was founded. El Milenio is co-producing the July performance in the bullring.

There will be 7,000 tickets available which EFE reports go on sale from Ticketmaster, RuralTickets and El Corte Inglés from April 29. Prices range from 35 to 110 €.
