In the advert posted on YouTube, the 18-year-old's clothes are ripped off by a man dressed as The Phantom of the Opera.

The model was paid in the region of 100,000 Euros (£83,700) for the advert, according to reports in the Italian media.

Silvio Berlusconi is due to go on trial in April accused of paying for sex with Miss El Mahroug when she was still a minor.
