Liverpool to Gibraltar route planned for 2011
Liverpool to Gibraltar route planned for 2011: "UK travellers flying to Gibraltar will be offered further choice in the new year. With a new £100 million terminal at Gibraltar Airport nearing completion, easyJet will begin flying from Liverpool's John Lennon Airport to the Rock three times a week from 29 March, reports Overseas Property Professional. It will complement the airline's London Gatwick schedule.
With businesses enjoying Gibraltar's low taxes, the route provides another boost for those companies basing their work on the peninsula. And with a huge increase in passenger traffic expected over the next few years, Gibraltar is building an enormous three-storey car park in addition to the terminal."
